Please note that the styli we supply are for domestic / personal use only and we comply with all Distance Selling Regulations as governed in the United Kingdom and European Union countries.
1 OEM Styli and Cartridges:
Please note that as many original manufacturers have now stopped making styli for their record players, the styli we supply are replacements / OEM unless specifically stated as originals.
Our replacement / OEM styli and cartridges are made in our factories in the United Kingdom, Europe and Japan to the highest possible original manufacturers specifications and are as good as if not better than the originals and they have been fully inspected and tested before leaving the factory and our premises.
Returns: If for any reason you find that your order is not what you wanted, then within 14 days of purchase, we will replace the order to equal value or refund your payment provided the goods remain in their Original Condition, Un-Opened, Unused and in a Re-sellable Condition and returned with your original invoice.
Failure to comply with this instruction will render your goods un-returnable for exchange or refund.
Please contact us for a Returns Authorisation Number before returning any goods.
Please Do Not return goods without a Returns Authorisation Number.
Goods Returned without a Returns Authorisation Number will simply be returned unactioned.
Do Not (Repeat Do Not) return goods without a Returns Authorisation Number.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
2 Original Styli and Cartridges:
Original styli and cartridges are fully tested and have passed stringent manufacturers quality controls and are supplied in a sealed original manufacturers packaging and as such, we will NOT under any circustances ACCEPT RETURNS or issue REFUNDS once the seal on the box is tampered with or broken.
Please remember that styli and cartridges are delicate precision electronic goods and as such you may need to consult a qualified electronics engineer and as such we will not under any circumstances accept claims to damage caused to your cartridge or records.
3 Delivery: We aim to deliver your parcel within 7 - 10 (Working) days by Royal Mail Inland Delivery or Royal Mail International Airmail Delivery. Please allow for Weekends, Public, Easter, Christmas Holidays or prolonged adverse weather conditions or any Industrial Disputes in the Royal Mail Network or any delays caused by local Customs Scans.
Any shortages, damages and or non receipt of goods must be notified to us by email within 14 days of the dispatch date. The aforementioned events not withstanding.
You will receive one order acknowledgement email on completion of your order and another email advising you that the parcel has been dispatched.
4 Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 7 (working) days of placing your order.
5 Base Currency: Please note that as we are based in the United Kingdom, your order will be charged in GBP £ Sterling and will appear on your Credit / Debit Cards Statement under our Company Name - Karas GBP Kent United Kingdom.
6 Export Restrictions: None
